Property360 have recently overhauled the leisure and sports facilities at Boxted Pavilion, Boxted Cross, Colchester. Our team handled all aspects of planning and delivery of the complete refurbishment which started in October 2022. With a tight Christmas deadline it left us only three months to turn all phases around for handover, which left no margin for error. Once completed the facilities delivered a huge improvement over what was in place previously. All involved including the surveyors and Boxted Parish Council were really pleased leaving great feedback.

The work schedule involved:

• Full tender process submission and awarded to Property360
• Pre-start access and health and safety documentation / arrangements to ensure a safe installation
• Retrofit upgrade
• New drainage layout installed
• Full sports facilities complex overhaul
• Commercial central heating system including booster set
• HVAC system to suit installation
• Reworked site layout building new custom shower and wc facilities for multiple users
• Commercial flooring installation throughout
• Fire compliant doors and frames installed to suit application
• New kitchen facilities
• Cafe overhaul including new disabled wc facility
• Commercial aluminium door upgrade
• Full building control compliance and sign off
• Client O&M handover and systems run through
