Property360 were instructed to refurbish three existing children’s toilet facilities during the summer holiday period of 2022. The toilets were tired and dated but needed to be refurbished on a budget so we worked with the school to propose cost effective materials and installation methods that would meet the required budget thresh hold. The work schedule involved:
- Complete strip out of all existing cubicles, flooring and pipework
- Removal of all waste pipes and service valves
- Installation of new water feeds, waste pipes and thermostatic mixing valves
- Preparation of all walls before cubicles were located
- Preparation and latex of all flooring areas
- Installation of all sanitary ware
- Installation of cubicle blocks with a matching theme throughout all three wc’s
- Installation of commercial grade Altro flooring throughout with cap and cove detail
- Decoration of all areas
2022 has been a busy summer period for Property360 with multiple school holiday projects running in London and the South East, some being very complex.
