Why Property360?
We couldn't find a company that we could trust to take on the full scope of the construction and maintenance work on our property portfolio - so we created our own, Property360. That was 10 years ago and in that time Property360 has developed into a full service enterprise with considerable hands-on experience of dealing with almost everything related to property. Emergency call outs, planned insurance works, retrofitting, upgrades and new builds all come as standard at Property360. We are now investing in the future with our alternative technology programme, supported by Property360 Renewables and Ecobuild360.

Leak detection
Escape of water can happen in an emergency situation, like a burst pipe, or over a longer period of time. We are regularly instructed by clients to trace, evidence and isolate all different types of water escape incidents.

Extensive Fire damage
These housing association flats on the outskirts of London were devastated by a severe fire. The fire ripped through the ground floors, through the second floor and out the roof. Property360 was instructed to complete all phases of reinstatement. All areas were dealt with, from asbestos surveys, strip out, drying processes, roof replacement, fire checking to handover and certification submission, our team delivered it all.
