Boxted sports facility fit out
Property360 were recently asked to completely overhaul and upgrade the community sports facility at a village close to Colchester.
This is an important resource for the local community and as such needs to conform to the latest standards of hygiene and efficiency
The project was costed from public funds, so maximum value for money was required, as well as Property360 experience of bringing in jobs like this on time and on budget. The plumbing and environmental services were always going to be a challenge as the entire facility includes a large number of showers, toilets and multiple changing rooms, as well as space heating for communal areas and kitchens, but our extensive knowledge of outfitting facilities like this proved up to the task.
