Colchester Sixth Form College, aluminium window and door installation
Property 360 has been busy working on a busy college in Colchester city centre. The project involves timber frame repairs, aluminium window and door replacements throughout the building, existing timber curtain walls being removed and replaced with a matching aluminium profile. The system specified on this project was a Smart System which is great for commercial applications in all types of property from schools to listed building installations.

The Sixth Form College is a complex site to work on with over 3000 students coming and going daily. The site has been set up and scaffolding been installed with the programme of work well underway.
