The entire plumbing and heating system of this sports facility was in need of an upgrade, along with a total interior refurbishment. Property360 designed and installed an all new suite of showers, toilets, changing rooms, kitchen facilities, all heated by the latest energy saving boiler running partially off existing solar panels.
The whole project had to be completed within 3 months, on a very limited budget, but our ability to deploy a comprehensive selection of in-house services ensured that the client received the best possible service, on time and on budget.
The project included a full refurbishment as well as a totally new plumbing and heating system, and had to be delivered within 3 months running up to the 2023 Christmas holiday period, involving a complete restructure of the sports facility layout and services. We worked closely with Ingleton Wood as contract administrators to deliver the project on time and on budget.
