Preparing and modernising existing commercial properties and bringing them up to standard with current environmental standards is something we do well. This converted office building was in need of a full refurbishment in preparation for new tenants. As usual, the priorities were:
• minimise downtime
• keep to the budget
• bring the property up to current legislative standards
• carry out the work to the highest standards
The customer was very pleased with the final result.
