We were chosen because of our ability to respond quickly and effectively to what was an emergency for the client who had to evacuate a large number of apartments to enable stripping out and a complete reinstall of all fixtures and fittings as well as a complete renovation, including new walls! The flood destroyed all fixtures and fittings on the 2nd floor. Property360 was instructed to complete all phases of reinstatement. All areas were dealt with, from asbestos surveys, strip out, drying processes, all checking to handover and certification submission, our team delivered it all.
Flood damage like this can be difficult to manage and there will ultimately be various variations to works schedules that have to be evidenced, submitted and authorised by loss adjusters to keep the project from stalling.
