Complete refurbishment of one floor of an apartment block

Property360 were called in to refurbish an apartment block which had suffered serious flood damage. We were chosen because of our ability to respond quickly and effectively to what was an emergency for the client who had to evacuate a large number of apartments to enable stripping out and a complete reinstall of all fixtures and fittings as well as a complete renovation, including new walls!

Property360 were called in to refurbish an apartment block which had suffered serious flood damage. We were chosen because of our ability to respond quickly and effectively to what was an emergency for the client who had to evacuate a large number of apartments to enable stripping out and a complete reinstall of all fixtures and fittings as well as a complete renovation, including new walls! The flood destroyed all fixtures and fittings on the 2nd floor. Property360 was instructed to complete all phases of reinstatement. All areas were dealt with, from asbestos surveys,  strip out, drying processes, all checking to handover and certification submission, our team delivered it all. 

Flood damage like this can be difficult to manage and there will ultimately be various variations to works schedules that have to be evidenced, submitted and authorised by loss adjusters to keep the project from stalling. This is where the team at Property360 excel, being internally certified and trained in multiple key trades we can keep projects on track for the client. We worked closely with the surveyor and management company as principal contractors to deliver the project to an excellent standard. Better than new. Works included:

  • Building control liaising throughout the project 
  • New bathroom and WC facilities installed throughout 
  • Fensa registered window and door installation

  • Kitchen installations to all properties  
  • NICEIC certified electrical rewire 
  • Fire checking to all areas to current regulations
  • Full redecoration services internally
