Why Property360?
We couldn't find a company that we could trust to take on the full scope of the construction and maintenance work on our property portfolio, so we created our own, Property360. That was 10 years ago, and in that time Property360 has developed into a full service enterprise with considerable hands-on experience of dealing with almost everything related to property. Emergencies, insurance work, retrofitting, upgrades and new build all come as standard and we are now investing in the future with our alternative technology programme via Property360 Renewables and Ecobuild360.

Extensive Fire damage
These housing association flats on the outskirts of London were devastated by a severe fire. The fire ripped through the ground floors, through the second floor and out the roof. Property360 was instructed to complete all phases of reinstatement. All areas were dealt with, from asbestos surveys, strip out, drying processes, roof replacement, fire checking to handover and certification submission, our team delivered it all.

Badly damaged by a major flood, this property required a complete refurbishment throughout the ground floor. Assessing the extent of flood damage can be tricky until the fabric has completely stripped and dried out.

Boxted Pavilion
Having been awarded the Boxted Pavilion project we were immediately on a tight turnaround programme. The project had to be delivered within 3 months running up to the 2023 Christmas holiday period, involving a complete restructure of the sports facility layout and services. We worked closely with Ingleton Wood as contract administrators to deliver the project on time and on budget.

Integrating modern technology with traditional housing stock is often problematic. We selected and installed this home charging unit on a converted victorian property with parking at the front of the building, requiring the unit to be as discreet as possible.
